Terms and conditions

The Invergarry is let for a minimum of a three night stay and at Christmas and New Year it is only available on a seven night basis from Saturday to Saturday. The Invergarry will be available from 4.00pm on the day of rental and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure to allow us to undertake the cleaning in time for subsequent guests. Upon arrival please call at Highlands and if you will be arriving later than 6.00pm then please let us know your likely time of arrival.


There is off-street parking within the grounds of The Invergarry with access through the electric gates and this will be made clear upon arrival. There is also ample on-street parking.


The Invergarry is no smoking.


We are very sorry to confirm that there is no simple access for a guest with a disability due to the topography of the grounds. There are a number of steps and a sloping path leading from the car parking area to The Invergarry around 90m in length. Assistance can be provided with luggage.


We do not accommodate pets within The Invergarry but we do have a care plan as set out in the Your Experience section.


We understand that small damages can occur but would expect that should damage occur through misuse then that would have to be paid for directly. Please let us know of any damages or non-functioning items as we would wish to replace or repair these as quickly as possible.


If for any reason you will need to cancel your reservation then please let us know as quickly as possible and by e-mail. We will make every effort to re-market The Invergarry to enable us to provide you with a full refund so the earlier we know of a cancellation then the better chance there will be to fill the vacancy. If the vacancy cannot be filled and the cancellation is made prior to 8 weeks before booking commences then only the deposit will be taken for the loss. If the vacancy cannot be filled and the cancellation is made less than 8 weeks prior to booking commencing then the full rental and deposit will be taken for the loss.

We would strongly recommend that guests take out full holiday insurance to protect against possible loss of deposit/rental.
